1. What NaruBot™ actually does
NaruBot™ is a grounded Q&A engine, not a general-purpose AI chatbot — it answers strictly from your site's own validated content (FAQs, docs, policies, product data), never calls an external AI to improvise, asks a clarifying question when it isn't sure, and says plainly when it doesn't know rather than making something up. It currently powers USAnaru™'s search assistant in five languages — English, Spanish, Korean, Chinese, and Vietnamese.
2. How we build it for you
We take your existing knowledge — FAQs, support docs, product specs, policy pages — and structure it into a validated content set NaruBot™ can answer from, lightly indexed for grounded retrieval so every answer traces back to a real source. The engine itself (currently v2.2.0) is a private, versioned core we maintain and extend; your deployment runs a tagged, tested release, not an experimental build, and improvements to the core roll forward to every site running it.
3. Pricing
On its own, NaruBot™ starts at $2,900 for one language (+$500 per additional language), and it's included in the Growth package. The final price depends on how much content needs structuring and validating, and you get a fixed quote before work starts.

Does NaruBot™ ever make things up (hallucinate)?+
No — by design. It only answers from your site's own checked content. If nothing in that content answers the question, it says so honestly instead of guessing, or asks a clarifying question first.
Can it support languages other than English?+
Yes. The USAnaru™ deployment runs in five languages — English, Spanish, Korean, Chinese, and Vietnamese. Language support is configured per deployment, not hardcoded.
