Scheduled ingestion pipelines that pull data from external sources — public datasets, APIs, partner feeds — on a recurring basis; automated validation and quality checks (source verification, identifier checks, citation/reference checks); and structured relationships between the data you collect so it's queryable, not just stored. MyGeneLog runs this pattern today: a pipeline that ingests new genetic research every 20 minutes with automated citation and identifier verification.
2. Analytics you can act on
Beyond collection, we connect the data to reporting and dashboards — usage stats, data-freshness tracking, and versioned snapshots you can audit or roll back. The goal is data you can trust and query, not a one-time import that goes stale the week after launch.
3. Pricing
On its own, a pipeline starts at $1,500 for the first source (+$800 per additional source). Pipelines ship with monitoring and alerts, so a broken upstream source gets flagged right away instead of failing silently.
